- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are exempt from our return policy. This includes,
Swimwear, Bodysuits, Lingerie, Underwear, Jewelry, Movies and Music, Event & party supplies, Custom made items, DIY supplies, Pet supplies, Beauty and accessories, All software products designated as non-refundable,
- Free gifts are not eligible for return.
- Change of mind is not applicable
- For items that are unintentionally returned, Aurazam shall not be accountable. In the event that an additional or different product is unintentionally returned, Aurazam shall not be liable for the product’s loss, replacement, or return shipping to the user.
- If a customer violates or abuses this policy in any way, Aurazam solely has the right to limit the ability to exchange products purchased on Aurazam.Should you decide to return the primary item that you purchased together with any free gifts or offers, you will also need to return the free goods.
- Non- returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged.
- You may only exchange one item at a time, and you cannot exchange an item for more than one product. While the consumer can initiate individual exchange requests for each item in order to exchange many items at once.
- In the event that Aurazam determines that the item is incomplete, erroneous, damaged, or faulty, a refund will be given.We have the right to deny any refund requests if the returned item does not match the standards.In the event that your return request is denied, you will receive your item back within three to seven days. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the item will be consigned to scrap; no refund will be issued.

- b) Should you decide to swap a product you bought from Aurazam for another item of the same or a different value. In this scenario, you will be charged the difference if the swapped item has a greater value, and you will receive your refund if the exchanged item has a lesser value when the original item is successfully picked up from you.
- c) The net price you paid for the original item (not including any immediate cashback or discount) will be taken into account to determine the difference between the amounts of the original and swapped items. Should there be a discrepancy, you will be responsible for paying the difference or Aurazam will return your money.
